Compassion And Professional Expertise
I opened my law firm, Reynolds Immigration PLLC with the goal of assisting businesses and individuals needing help with the challenging details of immigration law. I’m Catherine Reynolds, and am compassionate with your personal concerns and bring the professional expertise and experience you need to successfully meet the challenges contained in many immigration matters.
Experience With A Broad Range Of Immigration Law Topics
I have broad experience with immigration law issues. I have been licensed since 1995, and have worked with many clients, ranging from individuals needing assistance with immigration for themselves or their families to businesses with a spectrum of business-related immigration needs.
Immigration law is intensely complex. There are a vast number of statutes and regulations, which are technical and demand a comprehensive understanding of immigration law. It is an area of law that you must understand the parts to grasp the whole and the whole to understand the parts. Simple mistakes, missing information or deadlines can delay your application for weeks or months.
I have the depth of experience you need and I take the time to learn about your situation, explain the law, how it may apply to your situation and describe your options. I can help in the following areas:
- General immigration needs, from naturalization to green cards and citizenship
- Family-based immigration, whether you marry a citizen or need help with a visa
- Business immigration matters, working with lower-level staff to executives
Leadership With The Immigration Bar
My interests and work with immigration law extend beyond my professional work for my clients. I have served as Chair of the Washington D.C. Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and served on the Executive Committee for five years.
I helped other immigration attorneys by leading immigration workshops, coordinated pro bono events, and worked generally to improve government relations with the private bar. I have also been actively engaged in law associations and advocacy efforts for fair and just immigration laws.
